We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home a puppy from us. As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy counselors, and die-hard puppy lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, certain things are never in our control..

A puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, Often at times even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, We guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!.

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy puppy to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 3 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your puppy.

The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations. 

While we de-worm and vaccinate your pup till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).

You are more than welcome to drive here and pick up your puppy in person. If this doesn't work for you, we're happy to ship your puppy using one of our shipping options below. We do NOT allow our puppies to go to their new homes until a minimum of 8 weeks old. In rare cases we may keep the puppies until 9 or 10 weeks if we feel they are not ready for their new home yet. If you live far away and are not willing to pick your puppy up, we can safely ship your puppy via ground or air.

Ground shipping is a great option for transporting your puppy if you are relatively close.  Your puppy will travel in an air-conditioned/heated car by our trusted pet nanny service and will stop on a regular basis for food, water and potty breaks.  Shipping by ground will vary in cost depending on your location and is determined by our pet nanny service whether available or if Air is only option.   

This is our preferred method and most requested form of transport. You can literally rest easy knowing with 100% certainty that your puppy is safe and in good hands. Our Pet Nanny Service will hand deliver your puppy to your nearest airport for $150-$200 as set by the service based on final destination.
